Effective date: 25 September 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") were last reviewed on this date and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 14.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing evasdesigns.in, submitting an enquiry through our contact form, WhatsApp or phone line, booking a consultation, or engaging Evas Designs for interior design, architecture, construction, renovation or facade work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. A separate, signed project agreement or work order issued for a specific engagement will govern that engagement; where its terms conflict with this page, the signed project agreement takes precedence.

2. Who we are

Evas Designs is a design-build studio headquartered at W5/3, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122010, with a second studio at C-71, near HDFC Bank, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017. References to "Evas Designs", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean Evas Designs and its studios; "you" or "client" means the person or entity using this website or engaging our services.

3. Our services

Evas Designs offers interior design, architectural design, new construction, renovation, structural transformation and facade work, delivered in-house by our own architects, interior designers, site engineers and project managers, primarily across Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. The specific scope, deliverables, materials, specifications and inclusions/exclusions for any project are defined in the project-specific proposal, estimate or agreement — not by general descriptions on this website. Renderings, mood boards and portfolio images on this site are illustrative of past work and general design direction; they are not a guarantee of the exact finish, material availability or outcome for a future project.

4. Consultations, site visits & quotations

Initial consultations booked through our website, WhatsApp or phone are for discussing your requirements and assessing project feasibility. Any quotation, estimate or design proposal we share is valid only for the period stated in that document (or, if unstated, 30 days from issue) and is based on the scope, site conditions and material rates known to us at that time.

• Quotations are estimates, not fixed invoices, until confirmed in a signed project agreement.
• Site measurements, structural conditions or statutory requirements discovered after a site visit may require the estimate to be revised.
• Material, fixture and labour costs are subject to market rate fluctuation; significant changes will be communicated before they are billed.

5. Project agreements & payment terms

Work begins only after a project agreement or work order is signed and the applicable advance/booking payment is received. Typical engagements are billed in stages tied to design milestones and construction progress, as set out in the specific agreement.

• Payment schedules, milestone amounts and due dates are specified in the signed agreement for each project.
• Work on the next stage may be paused if a due milestone payment is outstanding.
• Additional work requested outside the agreed scope ("change orders") will be quoted and confirmed separately before execution, and billed in addition to the original agreement value.
• Taxes (including applicable GST) are charged in addition to quoted amounts unless the quotation states otherwise.

6. Timelines & site conditions

Project timelines communicated during consultation or in a proposal are good-faith estimates based on the agreed scope and normal site conditions. Actual timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, material or fixture lead times, third-party approvals, site access restrictions, change orders raised by the client, and delayed client decisions or payments. We will communicate material delays and revised timelines as soon as they are known.

7. Client responsibilities

A smooth project depends on timely client input. As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate site details, ownership/authorisation documents and requirements at the start of the engagement.
• Respond to design approvals, material selections and payment requests within the timeframes communicated by our team.
• Obtain or assist us in obtaining any society, RWA, builder or statutory approvals required for site work, where applicable.
• Ensure safe and reasonable site access for our design and execution teams during agreed working hours.
• Flag any pre-existing structural, electrical or plumbing issues known to you before work begins.

8. Design ownership & intellectual property

All concept designs, drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, layouts and other creative work prepared by Evas Designs during a consultation or engagement remain the intellectual property of Evas Designs until the applicable design fee or project value has been paid in full, at which point the client receives a licence to use those designs for the specific property they were created for. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for another property or by another contractor without our written consent. Evas Designs retains the right to photograph completed projects and use such images (excluding any content the client has explicitly asked us to keep confidential in writing) for our portfolio, website and marketing, unless the project agreement states otherwise.

9. Warranties, defects & liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Defect liability periods, warranty coverage for civil, electrical, plumbing and finishing work, and the process for reporting post-handover issues are set out in the project agreement for each engagement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alterations by third parties after handover, normal wear and tear, or events of force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the value of the specific work found to be defective, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Cancellation & termination

Either party may terminate a signed project agreement in accordance with the notice period and terms stated in that agreement. Amounts due for design work, materials already procured, and work already completed up to the date of termination remain payable. Advance or booking payments are generally non-refundable once design or procurement work has commenced, except as expressly agreed in writing.

11. Force majeure

Evas Designs will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action or restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or shortages of materials or labour affecting the wider industry. We will notify affected clients and work in good faith to resume the project once the event has passed.

12. Website use & content

The content on evasdesigns.in — including text, images, logos, project photography and layout — is owned by Evas Designs or used with permission, and is provided for informational purposes about our studio and services. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, copy, republish or use our project photography, drawings or written content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

13. Third-party links & materials

This website may link to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or WhatsApp for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site or service you access through these links.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, processes or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website or continued engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Signed project agreements already in effect are governed by the terms in place at the time they were signed, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or a project engagement with Evas Designs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause specified in a signed project agreement.
