Yes — that is exactly what a design-build studio means. Our in-house team covers architecture, interior design, engineering and site execution, so one contract and one team carry your project from first sketch to final handover.

Every project is scoped individually. After a site visit and brief, we give you an itemised estimate — materials, labour and services broken out line by line — before any commitment. Budgets are then tracked with weekly reports so there are no surprises at handover.

A single-room interior refresh may take 6–10 weeks; a full home interior typically runs 4–6 months; ground-up construction depends on size and approvals. You receive a realistic timeline with milestones at the design stage, and weekly progress updates during execution.

Yes. Occupied-home and live-office renovations are a speciality — we phase the work zone by zone, isolate dust and noise, and schedule disruptive tasks around your routine.
