Evas Designs is a design-build studio headquartered at W5/3, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122010, with a second studio at C-71, near HDFC Bank, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017. 2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information collected through evasdesigns.in, our contact form, phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, site visits, quotations, project discussions and related communication. It does not cover information collected directly by third-party platforms you choose to use — such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn — which are governed by their own privacy policies. It also does not replace a signed project agreement; where a signed agreement contains specific confidentiality or data-handling terms, those terms apply to that project.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. Most of it is information you choose to share when enquiring about a project.

• Contact details: your name and phone number when you submit our contact form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Project details: project type, location, plot or floor-plan details, budget range, timeline, requirements, preferences and any message you send us.
• Site and design material: photographs, videos, floor plans, approvals, measurements and documents you share for feasibility, design or estimation.
• Communication records: notes from calls, WhatsApp chats, consultation details and follow-up requirements.
• Technical information: basic device, browser and access information that may be visible in hosting or content-delivery logs when you browse the website.

Please do not share sensitive personal information, financial account passwords, OTPs, identity documents or confidential third-party material unless we specifically ask for it and you are comfortable sharing it for a legitimate project purpose.

4. How we use your information

5. Contact form, WhatsApp & phone

Our website contact form is designed to open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled; the form itself does not store your submission on this website. When the form opens WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices. Phone calls and WhatsApp messages may be noted by our team so we can respond accurately and continue the conversation. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through WhatsApp unless it is necessary and you accept the platform’s own security and privacy model.

6. Cookies, analytics & server logs

This website is a static marketing website and does not itself use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking pixels. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and approximate access time — for security, performance and abuse prevention. If we add analytics, advertising or cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this policy before relying on them.

7. When we share information

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above, and we try to keep it limited. This may include sharing project details with:

• Our in-house architects, interior designers, engineers and project managers working on your enquiry or project.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults planning residential or commercial projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it where required.

Our website links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of those platforms. Information you share with them is governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
